Yetis Roll to Dominant Thanksgiving Weekend Win Over Johnston Community College
The Yetis closed out Thanksgiving weekend in commanding fashion, overpowering Johnston Community College 113–63 on Saturday afternoon at the Yeti Den. From the opening tip, the Yetis played with pace, precision, and confidence, exploding for 65 first-half points and never looking back.
The offensive firepower was on full display, led by a red-hot performance from Jacob Adair, who delivered a game-high 34 points, knocking down an elite 10 three-pointers on 12-of-16 shooting. Adair's rhythm from the perimeter set the tone early and ignited the home crowd.
Kelan Flowers added another strong outing with 19 points, showcasing his range with five threes and facilitating the offense with six assists.
Inside, Cairo Morales posted an efficient 10 points and seven rebounds, while Jamari Smith made an all-around impact, finishing with 7 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals, anchoring the defense and driving the transition attack.
